Week At A Glance 10/31-11/4

Our Mainstage show weekend has come to a close and it was such a success! We want to thank everyone who attended and volunteered for the run of the show. Our Silent Auction raised over $2000 for Senior Scholarships!!

Monday 10/31
Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat Canned Food Pick up Date
Ensemble Members who did not attend the bag drop off MUST attend can pick up. This is also the last day to donate canned food items for our service project.

We also need drivers for this event. We have two drivers signed up and we have 35 students that have signed up to attend this event. We will need drivers from 3:00-4:00pm. Please sign up here and help us!

Our November Meeting will be a Potluck Thanksgiving! All ensemble Members need to wear their Ensemble Shirt to school that day as well as bring a Holiday Accessory they can wear!

It is show week and we are so pumped!! The students have been working so hard on the show and we can't wait to present it. 

Please note that all students in theatre class MUST attend 1 performance of Servant of Two Masters. Student receive 1 free ticket to the show.

We need volunteers to help work box office and dinner and a show. Please click here to sign up to work.

What is happening this week!

10/24 Monday:

TOTS Paper bag distribution. We have 42 students signed up and we only have drivers for half that amount. Drivers need to be at the auditorium doors at 3:00pm. We will hand out maps and paper bags. Once the bags have been distributed then return back the auditorium and then you are free to go.

TOTS Canned Food Drive Begins. All Members of Ensemble MUST bring 10 nonperishable food items. Donations can be brought to Ms. Cross's or Mr. Brock's class.

Hello all we have a crazy busy week this week so please make sure that you read carefully everything in this email.

Wednesday 10/19:

Homecoming Parade! We will be able to have students help decorate our Homecoming Float after school. As many students can help decorate but only students that turned in permission slips are allowed to ride on the float.

Saturday 10/22:
Spaghetti Dinner Dance Rehearsal: 9:00am-11:45am
We will begin dance rehearsals for the Balladora Spaghetti Dance Fundraiser. Anyone who is interested in performing on Saturday 11/12 needs to be at the following Saturday rehearsals: 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12

What's Happening This week

Paper bag Drive Ends this Friday! Each Ensemble member is Required to bring 5 paper bags.

We will need lots of volunteers to help build/paint/sew for our upcoming show Servant of Two Masters. You do not have to stay the entire time but anytime you can spare to help is appreciated! You can also sign up to volunteer to bring snack for the build day. Click here if you are planning on volunteering.

Ticket Sales

This Week will begin presales for General Admission Tickets for Servant of Two Masters. These tickets will be discounted if they buy before and not at the door. 

Each member of the Ensemble is required to sell 10 general admission tickets and 5 Dinner and a show tickets. Students will receive an envelope on Wednesday at the Ensemble meeting with all details on how to sell tickets, dates/times as well as how patrons can upgrade to VIP at Will Call.

Silent Auction Donations

LCHS Ensemble will be hosting a Silent Auction on Saturday October 29th. As an Ensemble we will provide 7 baskets for the Auction. Each member of the Ensemble will sign up to donate one item to our Silent Auction Baskets at the Ensemble Meeting. Students will receive a receipt form to hand to businesses for their donation. Silent Auction Items are Due October 19th.
