Monday 11/5 FINAL PERFORMANCE of The Triangle Factory Fire Project at 7pmPlease remember that it is MANDATORY for all theatre class students to see the show.

11/7 Troupe Meeting
2:45-3:30pm, We will be handing our Troupe Shirts! You have to be present at the MTG to get your shirt.

11/8 Parent Meeting
Advance Theatre 1 We will be discussing Robin Hood Performances and Story book Brunch details.

Production Class we will be discussing Texas Thespian Trip and it is MANDATORY that students and parents/guardians are present.

From our Parent Volunteer Coordinator
Good evening parents! We are in the homestretch of our run of "The Triangle Factory Fire Project", and it is an AMAZING, moving show! My daughter described it as "super intense", and came home raving about it. Kudos to the hard working cast and crew for an incredible job! You have one more chance to see it, Monday evening at 7pm!
And guess what...a lucky volunteer will have one more chance to help out the show! Whoo hooo! We are in GREAT need of someone to handle the cast/crew meal tomorrow evening. The link to signup is below, and there's a description of what is involved. If you want to share the fun, two of you can work together! Let's not let the kids go hungry. They get grumpy when they're hungry, and I've been around grumpy actors. It's not fun. It gives "drama" a whole new meaning, haha. Here's the link:https://www.signupgenius.com/…/30e0f4da9a72da6fc1-thetriang…
But wait! There's more! Our hard working students and teachers are not resting on their laurels of a great show; they're jumping right in as host school for the Middle School UIL performances at the Berry Center on Friday, November 9th! And we need you! Parents are needed to help with tickets, concessions, and judge's assistant. Here's the link so that you don't miss your chance to help out!https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0f4da9a72da6fc1-middle
Thank you all again for everything you do. The students and teachers cannot do it without the help of our wonderful parent volunteers. You are APPRECIATED!!

Week at a Glance 11/29-11/1

What's Happening This Week

Please remember that all students enrolled in a Theatre Class are required to attend ONE performance. Student tickets can be picked up at the box office the day of the show with a VALID student ID.

Box Office and Concession Stand Sign Ups
***NOTE*** Parent volunteers should NOT plan on seeing the show on the day/evening they volunteer! The box office needs to stay open after the curtain goes up, and will need time to count and document the money in the cash box once the door closes for the show.
Concessions will be open both before and after the show, so volunteers will need to monitor the concessions and cash boxes through the show and prepare dramagrams during the show. Concessions will also need to count and document the money in their cash box at the end of the shift.

The Triangle Factory Fire Project Cast Meal pick up and Delivery

Attention parent volunteers! We have another great opportunity to serve our hard-working cast and crew of Triangle! They get hungry, you know. And we don't want our performers and crew to be hungry while they're giving their all on stage and backstage. So we have a chance to do something about that, by bringing them meals on production nights! Information is included in the link below. Thank you for all you do for our students!

Looking Ahead
11/7 Troupe Meeting 2:50-3:30pm
11/8 Parent Meeting 7:00pm Green Room
